At Lingerie Park, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product you receive is brand new, hygienically packed, and thoroughly quality-checked. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange terms below.

  ​1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

    • The original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals are intact.

    • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition, or a wrong item was delivered.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear such as panties, shapewear, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

    2. Non-returnable Categories

    • Panties and thongs

    • Bras with removed tags or hygiene stickers

    • Lingerie sets, bodysuits, and accessories once worn or tried on

    • Discounted / Sale items marked as Final Sale

  • 3. Return & Exchange Process

    1. Raise a return/exchange request via your order page or email us at info@lingeriepark.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    2. Our team will review your request and arrange for a reverse pickup if eligible.

    3. After product inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

    4. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • 4. Refund Timelines

    • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

    • COD orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days.

  • 5. Damaged / Wrong Product

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

    • Kindly share an unboxing video and photos of the received item within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Our team will verify the claim and process a replacement or full refund as applicable.

  • 6. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
